DJM A9 firmware Update

My A9 is currently running version 1.04 and i am looking to update to version 1.07 however, when i attempt this, the mixer will not recognise the USB in order to download. Have followed all of the instructions and have attempted to format the USBs (5 now i have used) but it will not load onto the mixer?

Has anyone else experienced this issue? There is a technical detail that says the USB needs to be Non-UASP compatible but not sure what that means and how there is a workaround?
