Rekordbox doesn't recognize my Pioneer DDJ Flx4

I used this combination about a month ago and everything worked fine. Now I reconnect and rekordbox doesn't recognize my Pioneer DDJ Flx4. Just like that, all of a sudden. I updated the new version of rekordbox and firmware and still nothing. Horrible. So amateurish. As if it was some Chinese product. They might still work. Now I regret buying Pioneer in the first place
