DDJ-800 Error Opening ASIO & No Audio Driver

I've recently plugged in my DDJ-800 controller to find it's not working with my windows 11 laptop and rekordbox. I have tried many solutions posted on this forum. The controller is able to control the rekordbox environment but displays "No Audio Driver" on the jog wheels and I receive an "Error while opening DDJ-800 ASIO" message when trying to select it as an audio output in rekordbox. 

I have tried:

• Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, firmware and rekordbox
• Installing latest windows updates (and reinstalling drivers)
• Disabling anti-virus & firewall (and reinstalling drivers)
• Disabling signature enforcement (and reinstalling drivers)
• Running installation as administrator
• Installing from device manager

Some things I have noticed (screenshots below). The setting utility is no recognising the firmware of my controller despite it being pugged in. Two instances of DDJ-800 display in device manager. The instance of "DDJ-800" under "Other devices" registers an error code 28 stating that drivers are not installed or detected.
