Subscription prices inflated by outrageous exchange rate (via Cleverbridge)

Anyone else seeing a MASSIVELY inflated exchange rate from Cleverbridge when your Rb subscription is due for renewal? I got hit with an AUD to US rate that is 30% lower than published rates, inflating my sub by almost AUD100 per year.

Here's the breakdown:
Website says my current plan subscription is $228 USD
Then my renewal email says I will be charged $465.17 AUD

The exchange rate Cleverbridge are charging me is approximately 1 AUD = .49 US

Cleverbridge support response was: "There is a special currency conversion applied by Cleverbridge at the time of your purchase. This is our internal procedure in order to compensate for potential currency fluctuations, which is applied to a purchase independently from the payment type you select."

Which basically says they can charge whatever they like and make massive additional profits off Alpha Theta customers just due to an incredibly arbitrary and favourable (to them) exchange rate. It stinks.
