When my dj controllers is plugged into the power the cable to my Samsung tablet is not charging or connecting to rekord box .can someone help with this please . Thanks

Hi, with tablets you need to use both usb type-c ports. Right one to the powerbank or charging adapter, and left one connects to the tablet
