Cannot open Rekordbox 7 - 0xc0000142 Error
Loading Rekordbox onto a brand new ASUS Zenbook 14. Multiple installs continually flash up the 0xc0000142 error. Usual routes have not presented a solution. So far I have:
1.switched off firewall and antivirus 2.restarted the computer. run the DISM tool 3. checked for all system updates on laptop 4. downloaded the drivers for my xdj-rr 4. run compatibility mode. 5. ran sfc scannow in command prompt. 6.re-downloaded rekordbox 7. tried running it as an administrator 8.looked into nt networks files to check value at 0.....
Am i missing something? Surely uploading it shouldn't be this complicated.

That error usually shows when your computer doesn't meet minimum system requirements for rekordbox.

Gabriel The computer is up to spec - i5, 16GB RAM, 450GB hard drive space. Rekordbox 7 won't run on my Snapdragon powered Zenbook (which is another issue entirely). But is loads quickly and easily on the PC. The are no perceived performance issue due to lack of processing power or RAM.
Do you have the specific i5 processor name/type?
Also there is no support for Snapdragon/ARM so that isn't really an issue. More a feature request like we had when Ryzen wasn't supported.
