Brand new ddj flx2 registration issue

Hi, I recently purchased a DDJ-FLX2 but when I tried to register the serial number, the site says it is already registered. I bought the controller brand-new from [Scarecrow House of Dj] on [June 19,2025]. Please help me transfer the registration to my account. Thank you.
