XDJ-AZ - Headphone only works through one ear

My headphones only seem to work from one ear through the cue.  I've tried multiple headphones.  I've tried the 1/4" and 1/8" jacks with the same result.  Even setting the Mono-Split and Stereo in the Settings does not seem to help.  

Normal speak out are not affected

Is there another setting I'm missing

This is a replacement XDJ-AZ I got in February.
