Xdj-1000 MK2

Why can you not factory reset these xdj1000 MK2 player or better still, reflash or roll back the firmware ?? You can on other hardware so why not these ? I am on the latest firmware and it's horribly slow and my fear is now support is dropped for these players they are pretty much worse off than the very first firmware Why can't you enable the option to be able to reinstall the firmware or roll it back I just don't understand why not ?
