Why is there so much noise using HDJ-F10?

I got the new headphone HDJ-F10 as package with the external transmitter (HDJ-F10-TX). As I have a XDJ-AZ as well, I found it a good idea to update to this model to gain more freedom moving around compared to my wired headphone HDJ-X7, which is great. So I unboxed and charged the HDJ-F10 to 100 %. Then I paired it with my XDJ-AZ directly using SonicLink – and got surprised. After the start-up sound and the voice telling ‘pairing’ a well noticeable noise was audible. This could get suppressed by music played on my XDJ-AZ, but stopping the music, the noise is back. This is much more on the same device compared to HDJ-X7, which is almost clean!

In a next step I engaged the external transmitter and managed to do the SonicLink pairing of the HDJ-F10 to the transmitter. But there also, a well noticeable noise is audible. So, the same behavior like directly pairing with XDJ-AZ.

Is there a reason why this SonicLink headphone HDJ-F10 generates so much noise if there is no music? It’s not a cheap package, the HDJ-F10. So I’m quite disappointed by this. I fear, there will be no solution for this, is it?

It could be a unit that displays it more than it should. You could exchange it to see if another unit has the same.
But the this is what the support page says

The headphones are designed for high-volume playback when connected via SonicLink, so, when playing a track at low volume, a small amount of white noise is generated. This is part of the product specifications.

Hi Ves, thank you for the answer. My unit behaves not different from others, I cross checked it. It's fine, I use it actually more than the wired one :-).
