Hi

My rekordbox still doesn't log in properly since the subscription plan issue was 'fixed.' I'm getting charged again, have been for months now, and I first logged this issue back in May. I did originally get a few emails telling me the issue was being looked at, but the last one was back on the 4th June, and since then all my emails asking for the issue to be resolved have been ignored. My rekordbox still has full functionality, but it's not logging into my account, I'm constantly having to wait through the 'please wait. your subscription plan will be updated shortly' dialog box every time i load rekordbox or open the settings page (which then leads to the "failed to update the following subscription license information because your computer was not able to connect to the server' window. And if i open rekordbox without being on the internet, then I connect to wifi, rekordbox usually crashes. this has now happened during multiple gigs.

I'm sick of this issue and I'm sick of it being ignored. I've been a paying customer for years and I'm being treated like a nuisance. Please help me resolve this, thanks.
