hardware unlock with djj-1000
I recently bought a new djj-1000. I can't upgrade to free+ on rekordbox: it's recognized, works well, then rekordbox stops after 30 days. I tried on a PC Win11 and on a Macbook pro Sequoia 15.5. I tried with rekordbox 7 and 6. I installed the drivers, my ddj-1000 is in V1.12. What can I do? I bought my ddj-1000 to be able to use Rekorbox, I'm very disappointed.Normally, it should allow hardware unlocking.

DDJ-1000 is a hardware unlock device for rekordbox 6 and 7.
Which means it is a plug and play device.
So while it is connected you can use it with rekordbox.
But that does not mean it activates a paid plan.
You can use it even after the trial expires, but it will still show as Free Plan.
i´m sure is a pc problem
