Hi all,

I am using FLX4 and the Owner Registration in the Help section for RB (v7.1.3) is greyed out. I believe this is where we get access to the Free Plus version. I found some suggestions about renaming the rb_guser file to rb_guser.bak, but didn't have any success. Can anyone advise?

Is the controller connected and it is grayed out?

Are you still in Trial mode in rekordbox?

hi,if you can use performance mode and record your set.then is activated. And no is not plus. It just gives you acces to the basic features. Comparing with serato lite,Recordbox is the best

i bought a flx 4 connected with my windows i did not get any owner registration for my device it is still showing trail on rekordbox what should i do now ? my version is 7.20 latest

You can only do owner registration after the trial period has ended.
