No Cue Playback on FLX-10 Controller/Headphone issue

While using Virtual DJ, I have my program running with the setting on FLX-10/WASP. I cannot get my headphones to play cued tracks. If I press the Master Cue, I get sound, but only when slider is on track playing. It won't let me preview music on a needed cue opposite of slider control. And yes, I have the volume up and cue knob to left. If it's all the way I get nothing at all.
