troubleshot beatport steaming

I’m using Rekordbox with a Beatport Pro (Beatport Streaming) subscription. When I select a track to play, playback stops immediately and I get the following message:
“The track was unloaded because the Beatport track is currently playing on another device.”

The issue is that I’m not using any other device connected to my Beatport account, and Rekordbox is the only software open.
I’ve also changed my password, but it doesn’t make any difference — the issue remains.
