REV5 not powering on

I am using rekordbox with DDJ-REV5. I just updated rekordbox to the 7.04 version and when i power on the REV5 it flashes on and then goes dark except for the FX select buttons. I have updated the REV5 driver to 1.02 and checked the power cord and used different usb c lines to connect but no luck. Any insights? thanks
