ddj-rzx master out issues

Hey Guys! I am having an issue with my Master outputs, when I move the master knob up and down the left channel audio clicks at the 7 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions with or without audio signal. then when I play music through the mains XLR or RCA the left channel is much lower compared to the right and the total quality of both is not very good like there is a loss of dynamic range and its slightly distorted. Now if I re-route everything through the Booth out it all sounds perfect! Any clues?
