DDJ-XP2: It's not possible to tell which deck is currently selected

When looking at the DDJ-XP2, I can't tell if the left series of pads is currently applied to deck 1 or 3 without looking at my laptop. I wish the light would blink or something so I can visually tell which deck is currently active.
