Support Request – Quantize Beat Effects Button & BPM Detection Issue on AlphaTheta Omnis-Duo Controller
Dear AlphaTheta Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request technical support regarding an issue I’m experiencing with my AlphaTheta Omnis-Duo controller. I’ve recently encountered the following problems:
-
The “Quantize Beat Effects” button is unresponsive — it does not activate or perform any function when pressed.
-
The automatic beat effect is not correctly recognizing the BPM of tracks — it remains stuck on a single BPM value regardless of the actual BPM of the song being played. I’ve tested multiple tracks with different BPMs, and the display does not update accordingly.
These issues are affecting my workflow and performance, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in diagnosing and resolving them. I have tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the unit, updating firmware, and verifying track BPMs through other software, but the problems persist.
Could you please advise on the next steps? If necessary, I am willing to send the unit in for inspection or repair under warranty.
Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Francisco
