Weird fault? Hardware issue? Wth is going on :)

Any ideas what is happening here? I cannot adjust the parameters for the echo unless I use tap tempo. Also, Aux FX are constantly on. Is there some way of resetting everything? Is this a bug? Any help would be great as it really makes using the S9 difficult. Here's a video of the exact problem.
