Rekord Box not working CDJ 3000

Hi Folks, 

I plugged my USB into a CDJ 3000 the other day and the only thing I could see was the 'Contents' Folder and not the organised rekordbox collcection.

I have the new dual library system that it requests to make it work on other platforms - the USB works properly on my CDJ 900 and my Omnis Duo by Alpha Theata

What should I try to fix Next?
