Pioneer DDJ REV 1 audio issue when connected to speaker

For about a year, I was able to connect my DDJ Rev 1 to my JBL Partybox 110 and play music at full volume connected by a Twin audio stereo jack. All of a sudden, it has stopped playing sound even when the faders and trim are turned up. For further context, I am able to play music through my laptop speakers just fine and the jbl speaker can play music at full blast through when connected only to bluetooth and a phone. Moreover, I have used different twin audio stereo jacks each with no success. Therefore, I think the problem is with the controller itself and its ability to talk with the speaker. Can anyone help with this issue?
