Omnis-Duo RecordBox-DropBox not synching
I set up RecordBox under my PDJ account and I set up a Cloud Option
Both my Rita-MacBook-Air and iPhone are linked devices
Under Cloud settings I have Cloud Option powered by DropBox current DropBox is the same gmail acct my PDJ and Record Box sign in.
I set up a personal DropBox account under same email. I do see in DropBox my data/folders migrated to CloudOption DJ Team and my plan is DropBox Plus
I followed all the Cloud powered by DropBox exactly But when I log into my desktop or iphone App Record Box I do not see my DropBox DJ Team Folder?
Can anyone explain why not synching? I do have toggled on the synch cloud and on the desktop signed into the correct dropbox
Done followup to my trouble ticket orignal one 593394 and reissue w 605723 and no email from Tech Support

Still having trouble on main issue.
I also sent help ticket that I could not access the Help Forums. I can only get to this Forum using DESKTOP Chrome browser. Mac SAFARI doesn't work or iphone safari browser or the chrome App. I enter my username phone has the correct PSWD but i do not enter the forum.
NOR can I asscess my help ticket in the Forum. AS when I click on my respone email's help ticket link it goes to safari my default brower
When I copy the helpticket number and try to open in the Chrome browser--it just goes to the main help page an NOT my email chat.
I did do a help ticket on not being able to access the help function and no one got back to me. I found the workaround using chrome desktop. But you got a serious issue if users cant acess the help functions. Rita
