Rekordbox full uninstall including user data.
I have a DDJ 400 (had a few years) its always worked with rekordbox and never had a problem.
After updating to Rekordbox 7.2 the controller stopped working, never before have I had a problem after any update.
So I uninstalled and re installed and it still didn't work but I noticed rekordbox, even after a fresh installation still had me logged in.
I tried my laptop that has never had rekordbox installed, plugged in the controller logged in and bingo! works perfectly.
Unfortunately I don't want to use my laptop for it, it needs to be on my pc as it always has been over the years. I think the issue lies with the hardware unlock and my account stored on the pc, I think some system file has been forgot during the uninstall and is causing the problem.
So how would I find the file that contains login information/user data for rekordbox so I can delete it manually then yet again reinstall?
Using Windows 11 24h2 on an AMD Ryzen 9 Ai 370 with 32gb ram
