Pro Dj link offline / any help ??

Hi, My problem is, that the bridge does not connect properly. Every cable and connect is ok and the machinery is communicating properly with each other. It is a V10, a CDJ 3000 and 2 NXS2. The switch only provides the pip machinery and the PC, nothing else. So, the bridge always shows, that it is offline, which I do not understand. It should work without "on and off" switch (for there is nothing like that..). Any ideas (else then "check the connections..check the cables..that is NOT the problem!!). Pleas help, if you can.
