Hi , 

Currently Chordcat allow to trigger external gear using Tracks 1-8 shared with internal sound engine. 

It would be great to have an ability using tracks 9-16 as just MIDI triggering - which should not be too much CPU heavy. 
That will allow user to utilise 8 basic tracks with sound engine / or midi out. While remaining 8 can be assigned as MIDI only expanding number of external devices controlled by the Chordcat.

Totally agree with above suggestion. The same approach is used in the Novation Circuit Tracks sequencer.

I agree with the suggestions above. As an alternative, it would be nice to have additional instruments "Mono", "Poly" and "Drum" which do not play any sound to save compute power as the unit gets warm during use.
