License server not responding on multiple different computers

I am trying to enter a license into Rekordbox however I am getting Error Code 4 (No response from license server). 

  • I have tried on two different machines, one Mac and one Windows with the same license key and both get the same error code.
  • I am definitely connected to the internet and Rekordbox is definitely able to access the internet as the log in pop up that appears is able to successfully log me in with my Pioneer account on the local Rekordbox installation.
  • I have also tested different networks, including using a phone hotspot and I get the same issue.

I am unsure how to proceed here as it seems like an error on the side of Pioneer.
