Hot cue loop issue
I have set Cue A & B in Rekordbox.
A is being where the track actually starts, while B is usually a 4 or 8 bar loop at the end of the track, making sure I won't run out of music, but also stands as a marker, as I usually mix in the new track just before that anyway.
The issue: in some cases on various CDJs I have noticed when loading up the track, Cue A is not clickable at all, in fact the track directly jumps to Cue B, where the loop is at, and playing just that.
I am unable to trigger Cue A, nor go to any other places within the track, until I do not get rid of Cue B manually. (Which is hitting play/pause, then reloop/exit, then hit play/pause again.)
Only then I am able to actually go back on the touchscreen to Cue A or anywhere else within the track.
And even then, sometimes it still jumps back to this loop or even to previous track's cue point.
I do not think it is a Rekordbox setting issue on my behalf (with the same USB it worked on other occasions, so this leads me to think that my Rekordbox setting is actually on the right setting)
or perhaps is it due to the CDJ itself, maybe it have not been properly updated recently?
Could it be just a certain setting on the CDJ which I need to manually change maybe?
If I am unable to identify the issue, I might just completely get rid of previously set Cue points in Rekordbox, so I can start clean and won't have issues while playing, however this would be an obvious set back.
Thanks for your help.

What model is it?
Can you show it in a video?
If the Cue A is set to the first beat or sound of the track, depending on the grid, it might not work. However, normally it works.
It sounds like Cue B is Memory cue loop, so if the Auto cue level is set to Memory cue, it will jump to the Memory Cue.
Changing the Auto cue level may fix the issue.
