DDJ - FLX4 - 2 Start/Stop button not lighting up

I just unboxed my controller and the light does not come on for the start/stop button. Also my loop buttons are flashing. Is this normal?

Are you in Performance Mode in rekordbox?

Are you using Windows? If yes, Windows 10 or 11?
