Problème always folder file no playlist xdj-r1

Hi I am having an issue: my USB stick is properly formatted in FAT32 and I export/synchronize my playlists onto it correctly. However, when I plug it into my decks, the screen only shows Folder, and I can’t see the playlists as I created them in Rekordbox.
