Opus Quad disconnects immediately from Laptop source, won't reconnect.

I've been using my Opus Quad with my 2 year old Mac Book Pro for about 8 month now, all good. I used it at the weekend and when I connected it again via the USB Type C on the back, it connected, then disconnected straight away.
I've tried multiple cables, The Opus on the latest Firmware and my Rekordbox is too, but it carries on saying "disconnected" when I try to browse from the laptop.

When I select a track in Rekordbox it actually plays thru Channel 1 but I can't control it. When I put another track on the other deck on Rekordbox, they both come thru Channel 1 on the Opus Quad.
Everything else seems to be working ok when I use a memory stock thru USB 1 or 2.

What can this be? Is it a board problem, software or the USB type C jack on the back?
