Rekordbox License Key Deactivation Request for Old Laptop

Dear AlphaTheta Support Team,

My old laptop suddenly stopped working and I was unable to deactivate my Rekordbox license from it. Because of this, my license key is still stuck on the old device and I cannot use it on my new laptop.

I kindly request you to remove/deactivate the license from my old laptop on your server so that I can activate and use it on my new laptop.
