No Headphone cue with the DDj grv6

I have a DDJ grv6 and the headphone cue is not working. I press the master cue and not sound in my headphones. I checked in the software and the and it is set correctly. I am use a M1 macbook air, which is up to date. Just make you it was not my headphone. I tested them on my FLX4 and the worked fine.
