[Resolved] Omnis Duo - Upgrade via USB is not working

Hi, It's the first time I'm upgrading the Duo. I've followed the instructions, formatting my USB drive to FAT32, get the latest zip put on the USB, followed the instructions on the controller after reboot, but still, the Omnis Duo is blocked on the screen "Connect USB storage device into UBS port". Anyone encountered this issue ? Thanks for any help.
