Good morning 

Yesterday I had a dj gig and when I went to connect my ddj-rev5 it would not connect I thought it was my computer but my other controllers worked and i uninstalled the firmware and reinstalled and nothing worked. I noticed I am getting a message on my serato that is saying failed error mdi can somebody please help

I open the form but I am using serato
