DDJ-FLX10 - No audio from Master Out, no movement on db Master Meters (with both Serato and Rekordbox)

I bought the DDJ-FLX10 at the end of 2023 and have had no trouble with it so far. I work on cruise ships and at the end of my last contract July 31 everything was working fine save for one night the audio stopped, but a restart of the controller and everything was fine. I was home for about 6 weeks when I set it up to try and play for a bit when I noticed there was no audio out nor was their any movement in the Master meter. I have since tried everything from factory resetting, upgrading the firmware, reinstalling drivers on my Macbook Pro and nothing works. I'm back at work and a little stressed. Any new ideas? Anyone from Pioneer can help?
