Using a DDJ-FLX4 but no Core Plan functionality?
[rekordbox 7.2.4 on macOS 15.7.1, ARM]
I recently purchased a DDJ-FLX4, and now that my trial is over, I see that Core Plan features, like Auto Intelligent Cue Creation, are locked, but are in the Core Plan (https://rekordbox.com/en/plan/) and the Pioneer JD website says "Functions equivalent to the rekordbox Core plan* are available for free via Hardware Unlock." (https://www.pioneerdj.com/en-us/product/controller/ddj-flx4/black/specifications/#info)
Is this not true? Is there something else I need to do to get this functionality unlocked?

DDJ-FLX4 is a hardware unlock device for rekordbox.
Which basically means it is a plug and play device.
So you just need to connect it and you can use it with rekordbox.
But that does not mean it activates a paid plan.
Even when it is connected it will show as Free Plan and that is normal.
Gabriel, thanks for the info. But then what does the statement "Functions equivalent to the rekordbox Core plan are available for free via Hardware Unlock." mean? It appears that only some of the Core Plan functions are available, and it is not "equivalent" to the Core Plan.
