Channel fader not working on rekordbox

Hi,

i recently bought a DDJ-FLX4 and i tried to mix on rekordbox, but when I'm mixing with the controller the channel fader doesn't work like i can see it move on rekordbox but the volume stays at 100% even when it shows that the volume is at 0% on the app. So i don't know what i should do.
