Cannot find MIDI pad assigned function DJM-S11

I am attempting to reassign the ROLL pads to use for STEMs.  I use the LEARN function and receive a message indicating the assignment cannot be changed for that MIDI code.  I look through all the tabs under the MIDI and cannot find that code assigned to another function so that I can delete it and reassign.

It is not possible to assign other functions to the pads, but it works with buttons such as the BEAT FX SELECT buttons.

Unfortunately, this will depend on the model, but it is the same as the DJM-S9.
