DDJGRV6 Headphones issues

Recently got a DDJGRV6. I've tried everything simple in order too try get these headphones working. They're set to the phones output. Everything's playing fine. Sound comes through them just not how they should. They're playing master volume when turned all the way to cue. Just all the songs. Turn right to master only and it cuts the entire volume. When I hold cue button. My DDJ is playing through master output and headphones too. So I literally cannot cue. Cannot DJ or do anything. I'm basically blind. This seems like an internal hardware or software issue. That honestly for a £700 piece of kit. You shouldn't be getting. Not only do you supply a bare minimum usb c wire like that even powers the thing properly. It doesn't alphatheta, you know it doesn't. The thing barely runs off 5v hence you putting the 9v port. It's just a bare minimum controller masked at all this great tech. I'm getting nothing but problems with it simply just doing it's base functions. It's beyond a joke. It's making me not even want it man. Rekordbox is reading it all fine. My pc is reading it fine. Headphones are working on other systems and within the controller just not the right way. It just seems like I've been sent a faulty controller or something at this point. I've spent all night trying to get this to work. Sifting through every option online. Went across to AI to see what that can say. And ive gotten nowhere. Truly just lost my enjoyment with the product.
