Sync between RB PC and IPAD IOS failed

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to connect Rekordbox 7 on PC to Rekordbox on iPad via Wi-Fi, but the connection stalls at 5% and never completes. Interestingly, my PC is able to connect to Rekordbox on my Samsung Android phone on the same network without any issue, so it’s not a general network problem.

Things I’ve tried:

• Both devices on same Wi-Fi subnet (192.168.0.x)

• Firewall allows rekordbox.exe and rekordboxAgent.exe

• Disabled all VPN and virtual adapters

• Deleted rekordboxAgent folder on PC

• Restarted PC and iPad multiple times

• Re-installed Rekordbox SW

• IPv6 disabled

Has anyone experienced this, or can Rekordbox support advise a fix?
