Issue using TIDAL

I’m using the latest version of Rekordbox and, when I try to use the Tidal streaming service—even though I have the DJ Extension subscription—Rekordbox doesn’t recognize it. It shows a message saying I need to subscribe to the DJ Extension service, and then another notice appears saying it isn’t possible to access online services.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Rekordbox, but the issue persists.
