XDJ-AX not enabling Performance Mode
Since updating RekordBox software from V7.2.0 to 7.2.7 and the controller to latest V1.24, I can no longer hardware unlock.
I have uninstalled RekordBox and drivers, rebooted with DXJ-AXZ unplugged, reinstalled drivers, rebooted, installed Rekordbox, rebooted, started RekordBox, plugged in controller, software stays as "Free Plus" but able to use controller as an interface to some basic degree.
Rebooted with XDJ-AZ plugged in, opened Rekordbox, same issue...
XDJ-AZ is connected to same WiFi my Laptop is on and connected via USB.

Is your computer a Mac or Windows?
What version of the OS is it?
Windows 11 Professional.
I can't get into Performance - Premium mode.
