rekordbox activation issue

hi

I am not being able to activate my rekordbox even after renewing it. I am using 6.8.6 ver, please help me to resolve with this issue. My subscription id is S62768700. My cleverbridge ref no is 521234434

Your paid plan is linked to your account and you can activate it in rekordbox -> preferences -> plan. 

Did you log into rekordbox with the same account which you purchased the paid plan with?
