PLX1000 - 33 to 45 rpm switching issue ????

PLX1000 

- 33rpm and 45 rpm switch fault, it would not switch over to 45 rpm and kept ficking back to 33 rpm.

- The speed would change when switching to 45 rpm but not stay omn 45 rpm
