Recordbox - EDMP838042YY - XDJ-RR all in one

I just bought dit new XDJ-RR all in one, but a have e few problems:

1. The grids on the computer does not match the grids on the pioneer DJ equipment. The one's in the computer are correct en stay in the same BPM; the grids on the pioneer DJ equipment do not stay in the same BPM; so i cannot dj with the pioneer DJ equipment...

2. When i use my TIDAL account to dj with recordbox; a lot of songs do not show the grids or they stop in the middle of the song so on the DJ equipment its like the songs stop but i still hear them obviously... so i cannot dj with TIDAL.
