how to restore back the settings of GRV 6 since i deleted the GROOVE CIRCUIT SETTINGS by mistake

If you delete a user preset without saving it, unfortunately, there is no way to recover it.
However, it is possible to reconfigure them from: Sampler -> Capture, where your own track captures are saved.
