CDJ 3000X Instant Doubles not working, can you help? (Videos inside)

Hello, I am having a problem with Instant Doubles on the CDJ3000X. I am on the latest firmware (as of weds 19th Nov 2025) and whenever I try to do instant doubles it won't work.

Both players are on the same version (latest) and when I link them directly without a network router it still doesnt work. I have made a video of it and there is a lengthy reddit thread about it here:

Any thoughts on why this might not be working? When I had 3000's this worked fine (saying that to reiterate I am confident I've used this feature before but something isn't quite working how I expected it to on the new upgrade models?)
