Lighting, moving heads

I have four identical moving heads (beamZ Panther 25). When I go to the macro editor in lighting mode and select a song, they all perform according to the scenes I can see.

But when I play the same song in performance mode, something has changed, and the first moving head doesn't pan, while the fourth moving head doesn't tilt.

I know I've configured addresses and such correctly, since it looks fine in lighting mode, but it looks very weird in performance mode, when two heads are not really following the scene.

Any ideas?
