Rockville Rock Saber dmx issue, RM-DMX1 does not recognize the lights

i just received the new Rockville Sabers and i checked all the channels within the lighting mode section. within the lighting mode section it activates the lights but in performance mode section. playing music does not activate these sabers.

i loaded the rockville rockstrip252 (7 channel) version and then changed the channel on the sabers to (5 channel) and now they activate within performance mode. 

can you guys please fix this issue?
